Please inspect your order immediately when delivered and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
to report any damage.
After 48 hours, we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. Please make sure to also call the
carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials
and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes. We will request the below information from you to
help expedite this process:
- Pictures if claiming defective products
- Your company name
- Invoice number
